Successful Heritage Restoration in Lévis

This is a beautiful revitalization story! This historic building, built between 1900 and 1909, has benefited from a restoration that respects its character by preserving the original brick, while incorporating Maibec CanExel for a durable and harmonious finish.
But that's not all! The building has also been adorned with a magnificent mural! Lévis artists Florence Lemay and Laurie Duguay-Racine created a true work of art titled "Between Feathers and Stories." A giant peacock in river and nature tones transforms the façade and celebrates the heritage of Vieux-Saint-Romuald.

By the way, did you know that if painting hadn't been possible and the building could accommodate an aluminum cladding, it would also have been possible to print the artwork directly onto our extruded aluminum boards? Another way to create lasting visual impact!
Proud that Maibec CanExel helps preserve our history in our neighborhoods.
