It is in this spirit that Maibec presents its model names inspired by extraordinary women who have changed the face of the world: the Kathrine model, inspired by Kathrine Switzer, the first American woman to have run the Boston Marathon in 1967, the Rosa model, in homage to Rosa Parks, also known as the “mother of the civil rights movement,” and the brand new Anna model, a tribute to Anna Fisher, American astronaut and first mother in space.
